ENERGIZING YOUR DESIRES & BELIEFS
In order to have what you desire in your life, you must first know what that is and what your belief system is connected to that area of your life. When you have a good idea of what you desire and believe then you can do the things listed here to further energize what it is you truly desire or want to believe.
Energize what I believe you ask? Yes that is correct. Many of us have belief systems which serve us well and others that sabotage us. It is a good idea to list out what your beliefs are on money, relationships, spirituality, etc.
An example of someone’s belief system attached to money would be, ‘I have to work hard for everything I get’ or ‘money is evil’ or ‘I can’t be spiritual and rich’. These are beliefs that will sabotage your success with wealth and finances. They are beliefs that can be CHANGED! Similar beliefs can be discovered connecting to every aspect of your life.
To change your life now start by listing out your desires, then list your beliefs connected to those desires. If you see beliefs that need to be changed, write out what belief would better suit you. Example: using the beliefs connected to money above, statements to change that belief could include, ‘I am experiencing that life is easy’, ‘money is spiritual and comes from God’, ‘money is in support of me and I am a spiritual being’, etc.
1 - Reduce the negativity centered around your desire/belief - use EFT (Emotional Freemdom Technic), RET (Rapid Eye Technology), Energy Circles, Reiki, color therapy, light/sound therapy, FRT (Fear Release Technic), I am statements, etc.
2 - Ask your angels! Don't doubt, it doesn't all depend on just you. You have a universal, spiritual crew to assist you - they are just waiting for you to ask. Angels & guides cannot override your free agency, they must have your permission to act in your behalf. Ask your angels to manifest your desires. They will prompt you if there is anything you have to 'do'.
3 - Play the 'Act As If Game', act like you already have what you want & notice how good it feels. Tell your Creator thank you in advance for whatever you desire, Tell him how wonderful it is to be in your new experience. Write down in a journal how you see your life WHEN you already have received it. Write what it feels like, looks like, smells like, tastes like, sounds like, how this will effect your spiritual, emotional, physical, mental self & those around you.
4 - Play the "Something Exciting Is About To Happen To Me" game. Just keep saying & thinking, "something exciting is going to happen to me. I just know it, I can't wait to see what it is, where it is going to show up." Feel the excitement, the goose bumps, the tingling.
5 - Practice Energy Circles - Draw an imaginary circle on the ground in front of you & speak your desires in 'I am' statements & put them into the circle. Build the energy of excitement as you speak, feeding your belief that what you are asking for can really happen. When you've put everything you desire into your circle, JUMP into it. Pat or bath yourself in the energy, pat it into every area of your body, head, arms etc., then breath it in & blow it out to the universe with the statement, "bring it back to me in abundance, universe!". This starts the creation going. Do this Daily!!!
6 - Stop talking about what you don't want & talk more about what you do want! Talk about it with constant enthusiasm! Eliminate any reference to NOT having what you want in your every day language or conversations.
7 - Step Left - When ever you feel yourself get angry, frustrated, depressed or insecure, simply take a step to your left and tell yourself that you just stepped into new energy and that you are now calm, confident, happy, secure and safe.
8 - Imagine more & observe less. Stop concentrating on your current circumstances. There is always a lot of negative emotion attached to what we don't like. Again, if your life was ideal, what would it look like, how would it feel?
9 - Describe “My Ideal Life” -Make a list of 100 things (not necessarily material items) that describe “My Ideal Life”. Imagine parts of your list everyday as if it were real, with gratitude as if it had already manifest. you.
10 - Choose to be Happy! Forget about being right, just go for being happy. Practice saying a lot, “It doesn’t matter who is right! This is not important!” The more you choose to feel good the more you will feel good & then your desires will start showing up for you.
11 - Pray. Ask God to energize your belief & desires. God's grace is free for the asking. It is pure, powerful energy that’s available to anyone. If your belief scales (from 1 - 10, 10 being totally strengthen, 1 being weak) at a 4, ask God to take it to a 10! God’s grace will flow to you & energize your faith so you can attract into your life what you have desired & asked for. It is the most powerful energy we have available to us & it’s free.
12 - Tell yourself, “I AM LIVING IN A HIGHER JOY VIBRATION, my higher vibration easily attracts to me all my desires.”
13 - Use daily “I AM” statements - the words I AM are two of the most powerful words in the English language, use them to energize anything you want for yourself. Do this several times a day starting when you awake. “I am full rested, awake and energized”, use with your energy circles and say them often to yourself during the day. If you find yourself in a difficult situation or if fear comes up state, ‘I am confident’, ‘I am at peace’ etc.

1. USE YOUR THOUGHTS WISELY. Understand their power. Thoughts have a tendency to become their physical equivalent. This is one of the fundamental laws of the universe. Another one is the law of attraction, which states that "like attracts like." Because it is consciousness that creates reality, the kind of consciousness you hold, (your vibration), actually creates the kind of life you’re living. It's impossible to create peace and harmony if you're pushing up against a war. It's impossible to create peace and harmony if you're condemning George Bush, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, etc. You don't have to agree with them but realize that you'll be contributing to the energy that creates war if you assume an "embattled" mentality concerning them. The split in our nation right now about war is actually creating more of the energy of war. It's not possible to "fight" for peace without creating war.
2. To create peace, you have to be peaceful. The only way to stop war is to start from within yourself. You must do personal disarmament. The only way to get and stay peaceful is to concentrate on what brings you peace and resist the downward spiral of negative emotions that blames others for your lack of peace. Remember, that to which you give your attention expands. Although there is no denying that we're in a perilous and frightening position right now, that doesn't mean we are powerless to change it. But the only way to do so is by changing your thoughts and emotions from those of anger, hatred, and fear to those associated with compassion and peace.
Spend 30 seconds several times a day creating a "virtual" reality of what peace would look and feel like. Imagine that it's a year from now and the economy is flourishing. George Bush is radiantly healthy; the governments of the the world are all cooperating to ensure global harmony and peace. And Saddam and Bin Laden and their influence have disappeared from the planet. Imagine all our soldiers back home and reunited with their families. Imagine a global village in which all of us can travel freely and joyously and with understanding and acceptance of each other's cultures. When thinking about Iraq or North Korea, imagine the women and children. Send your energy and compassion to them. Don't try to change the men of these countries. In fact, don't even give them any thought lest you energize them. Withdraw your energy from them so that you will no longer be "feeding" them. Dozens of studies have documented the fact that our thoughts can and do affect others in profound and measurable ways. When a critical mass of individuaIS (1 percent of the population) was brought together to practice Transcendental Meditation in various areas of the world, for example, there was a measurable decrease in the number of violent crimes, suicides, terrorist attacks, and even international conflicts worldwide. (Orme-Johnson, et al. (1988). International Peace Project in the Middle East: The effect of the Maharishi Technology on the unified field. Journal of Conflict Resolution, vol. 32, (4), pp. 776-812). There are also over 180 studies that have documented the positive effect of prayer on everything from other humans to yeast cells.
3. Imagine all the angels and non-physical beings are working on the other side to protect and uplift all of us. The energy of condemnation will prevent them from connecting with the hearts of those most needing it. Know that they can only do their work in an atmosphere of compassion, not condemnation.
4. Avoid watching the news and reading the newspapers headlines are designed to keep you afraid and disempowered so that you will buy more papers or watch more TV. Then you get "hooked" on the news because you're waiting for some official "guidance" that will keep you safe secure. This simply can't happen, because it's not the way the media is set up. The media is designed to get you riled up, so that you remain tuned in to the "chain of pain". The only lasting safety and security come from the peace that you create within yourself. What's safe for one person will be dangerous for another? Remember all the hundreds of stories from the Trade Center but for hundreds of different reasons, simply weren't there that day. Tune in to how you are feeling when you've severed the influence of the mass media. This will give you the guidance you're seeking.
5. Finally, know that when you are tuned into your heart, your Inner Wisdom, and God, then your energy lightens up and your vibration literally changes. You become a beacon of light and peace. You become an uplifter and a peacemaker. There's an old saying, "The rising tide lifts all boats. But it won't raise a stone." Stop looking at and thinking about the stones. Join me in raising the tide. And remember the words of the great M. K. Gandhi, "When in despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won; there have been tyrants and murders and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. "
TAPPING FOR EMOTIONAL RELIEF - EFT - by Debbie Dallas
Tap the following points while repeating the 'reminder phrase' & various statements dealing with the problem. Reminder phrase is: "I am releasing... .(whatever the problem is), I am letting it go now."
Keep tapping at least 7 times in each area, making random statements about your issue & using the reminder phrase (mentioned above).

Clench the right hand into a FLAT fist & rub clockwise over your heart (chakra area), repeating the forgiveness statement: "EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE THIS. . . . (what ever the issue is, anger, sadness, whatever) I STILL FULLY LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF."
When you feel better releasing the negative, go back & tap in positive feelings, ie;
Remember to breath deeply while tapping & three deep cleansing breaths at the end of this exercise.
